About us

Neptun Sp. z o.o. has been running the developer activity on the market of Szczecin since 2000. From the beginning of our activity we adopted two basic objectives:
  • constructing only flats and housing estates in which we ourselves would like to live and keeping in mind our clients.
  • maintaining continaully a good financial and economic situation of the company.

In June 2004 we joined a group of 30 companies in Poland having the Developer Certificate. It is our great honour and satisfaction that the Certificate Chapter verified positively our activity. We treat this certificate as another challenge to improve constantly the quality and attractiveness of our housing developments in the conditions of full security for our clients.
As a primary location for our investment we chose Warzymice, 7 km from the centre of Szczecin in the direction of the border in Kołbaskowo. The company completed the following investments of a total 24,300 m2 of usable area until now
  • a housing estate "Kresy II" in Warzymice (multifamily buildings - about 140 flats),
  • a housing estate "Bursztynowe" in Warzymice (multifamily buildings and 28 two-and three- and four-family villas -185 flats),
  • a housing estate "Różane" in Warzymice, in the immediate vicinity of a previously built housing estate "Bursztynowe" (multifamily buildings, four-family villas and single-family buildings as terraced houses).

All the buildings are surrounded by greenery and a developed "street furniture" friendly to the residents of housing estates.
Parallel to investments in Warzymice, we completed two investments in another location: a tenement house "Florida" by the street Parkowa and apartments "Villa Grande" in Pobierowo.
A good financial situation of the company, short cycles and timely implementation cause that the banks have a good opinion of us and they are keen to give credits to the clients buying our apartments. From the beginning of the company’s activity all the apartments have been sold out before the termination of the construction of each building.

Building "like for ourselves" gives us much satisfaction. A source of it is the conviction that we contribute to the fulfilment of someone’s dream of having a house, family happiness, smiles of people close to us, home, in which there is a place for children's crib and arocking chair.
